Our priority is always the wellbeing of our customers and the brands we work with. Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation our brands will be shipping orders less frequently and there may be delays to delivery times, but we'll keep you informed about your order.

How it Works

A Sustainable Department Store connects you to a variety of brands through our platform. Each order placed is shipped directly from the brand you purchased from. Please note if you have purchased items from multiple brands in one order, these will be shipped out to you individually from each brand.

Shipping Times and Costs

A Sustainable Department Store aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (due to Covid-19 this may be longer). Each brand may have different shipping methods, charges and policies and delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

For international orders, customs, duties and/or taxes may apply and these are the responsibility of the customer. Some items may not be available for international delivery and this will be stated on checkout pages.
